  2. How do I know if ordering online is secure?

    Pages on our website that contain confidential information, such as the user sign-in or credit card payment pages, are secured with strong 128/256 bit encryption. This is an industry standard, with trusted digital SSL certificate authentication and encryption.

    How do you know if a particular page is safe? Look for the "lock" icon that most web browsers will display to indicate that the web page you're viewing has been properly encrypted by SSL.

  3. Can I determine my shipping charges before placing an order?

    Yes! As soon as you place an item in the Shopping Cart, you can click the Shipping Rates button. We'll just ask for your zip code.

    Unlike many other websites, we won't make you go through the entire checkout process before showing you the shipping charges.

  5. Will you charge sales tax on my order?

    Sales tax is not charged on any orders outside of the State of Idaho. Shipping within the State of Idaho or orders picked up from our store must pay 6% sales tax.

    All duties charged by the US customs will be paid for by All Things Irish LLC.

    For all orders shipped within the European Union, a 21% VAT will be applied. Duties are not charged to shipments made within the EU.

    There is no sales tax on orders shipped elsewhere in the world, however duties charged by Customs is the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping agent will collect duties on behalf of customs if any apply.

  6. What forms of Payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express online. You can also place your order over the phone by calling toll free 1-866-777-7121.

    If you choose to pay over the telephone, please note that we are in the Pacific Time Zone, which is 3 hours behind EST.

    Credit Cards will be processed just prior to shipping of order.

    All Credit Card numbers are encrypted.

    All prices are displayed in US dollar currency and payment is made in the US dollar currency.

    All EU customers will have 21% added to the price of their goods during the ordering process. No duties will be charged upon arrival of your package. Any shipments made within the US will NOT be liable for duties or sales tax.

    Shipments outside of Europe/US may be liable for duties. Please check with your countries customs for details.

    All diamonds supplied by our manufacturers have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. Our manufacturers guarantee that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
