Return Policy and Procedure
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of
receipt. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return
items for exchange or credit, minus shipping charges. On orders that were
shipped free, a $15 shipping charge will be deducted from the original purchase
price.
All returns require a Return Authorization number
and this number MUST ACCOMPANY the package being returned. To obtain a Return
Authorization number, you can either log in to AllThingsIrish.com using the
account set up during checkout, OR if you did not create an account, please
contact us at 1-866-777-7121 so that we may issue you a Return Authorization
Number.
Please have
your order number available when requesting a Return Authorization. All
items must be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please return
items by USPS Insured, Global Priority or UPS insured for the full value.
You are responsible for ensuring the package is returned in good
condition. Items that are returned without authorization, in compliance
with our policy, will incur a 15% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns of customized products
including: 18K and Platinum rings and jewelry, family crest or personalized
items. There is a $100.00 charge on all wedding bands and diamond rings
that need to be exchanged or refunded as these are all individually
handmade.
